Requirements:
1) Working knowledge of the Beijing region (work experience in Beijing or the surrounding region would be an advantage);
2) Engineering or Architectural education, CSA is preferred;
3) Construction/ Engineering/Architectural experience, particularly in hospitals or institutions;
4) Good knowledge of English language;
5) Total working experience should 10+ years.

02. Safety Manager with Pharmaceutical Project Experience (Most Urgent)
    Job Type: Senior Executive
    Unit: Bio Pharmaceutical/ Pharmaceutical
    Location: Shenzhen (initial 6months, possible up to 2year), back to office or project location.
Requirements:
1) Chinese citizen;
2) Fluent in both Mandarin and English;
3) Experience required: 10 - 15 years solid project experience in Bio Pharma and proven track record as safety manager on construction site for international client, preferably design experience as well.

     Location: Overseas, & China

－Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Pharmacy related subject.

－A minimum of 5-year experience with working knowledge of Pharma Engineering, preferably for at least 9-year working experience of engineering project management, design management, field technical support.

－Good knowledge of the English language, written & spoken.

04. Lead Process Design Engineer

Requirements:
1) Bachelor Degree in relevant engineering discipline;
2) Minimum 10 years experience in design and engineering management of Chemical Engineering in the pharmaceutical, chemical or building industries;
3) Knowledge of Chinese local codes and specifications;
4) Very good working knowledge in English;
5) Good AutoCAD skills;
6) Highly proactive mentality;
7) Positive attitude and interpersonal skill;
8) Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity. Responsibilities:
1) Preparation of conceptual and basic engineering packages;
2) Monitor and supervision of detail engineering package prepared by Chinese Design Institutes;

Requirements:
1) Bachelor Degree in relevant engineering discipline;
2) Minimum 10 years working experience in design and engineering management of piping systems such as process exhaust, process piping, chilled / hot water piping and other mechanical building services systems in the pharmaceutical, chemical or building industries;
3) Knowledge of Chinese local codes and specifications;
4) A good working knowledge in English;
5) Good AutoCAD skills;

7) Positive attitude and interpersonal skill.
