Project audits are often an essential tool in the preparation of claims. A comprehensive review of all project documents such as contracts and subcontracts, scope of work, project plan, project risk assessment, management of change, communication documents.

Face to face interviews with all members of the project team and the responsible pre-contract personnel, both individually and as a team.

Face to face interviews with the project sponsor, selected representatives of management to whom the project manager or team directly report and, if it can arranged, members of the owner's project team.

A review of all reports.
