More than 30 years of international experience in business development and line management in the process industries in America, Europe and Far East for Kellogg, Snamprogetti, Stork- Comprimo and Mannesmann- KTI. He has held top management positions in China for many years. His China experience includes company operations, procurement, contract administration and formation of joint ventures with Chinese corporations.

More than 30 years of experience of equipment design, business development, project management and line management for Kellog, Snamprogetti, Nuovo Pignone. He is a former managing director of King Wilkinson and The National Nuclear Engineering Corporation. Besides his technical expertise he is legally qualified and is a chartered company secretary.

Over 15 years of experience, he has worked for Chinese Design Institutes as process engineer and project manager, construction manager and sales executive with Japanese and Western companies, among them, JGC and KTI. He has been trained in Europe and Japan. He has been involved in projects for Shell, CNOOC, Syngenta, Exxon, Caltex, Mobil and CRC. In 2000 he founded KETOH and he is well versed in the process of company incorporation and business licence application and negotiation in China.

Sally Chang is a Canadian chartered accountant with more than ten years experience of administration sales and financing with Mannesmann in China, the US and Canada and the Provincial General Auditor Office in Toronto. She is also an MBA holder.

Over 25 years experience in the E&C Industry, mostly in Oil & Gas project management of both offshore and onshore projects with Shell, British Gas and Kvaerner J. Brown. More than 5 years experience as Managing Director China for Aker Kvaerner running the Beijing office and establishing the Shanghai office.

More than 10 years experience in administration and real estate business development. In recent years Li Xu has been increasingly involved in personnel search and selection. She holds National qualifications in HR managementt and is a Shanghai certified Executive Search and Selection practicioner. 

More than 8 years experience in accounting, finance and administration with Chinese companies. Li Yanbing is a qualified accountant and holder of Shanghai Property Agents Certificate.
