Shanghai Cardinal Advisors and Consultants (CAC) is a young Chinese privately owned company managed by highly experienced Western and Chinese executive staff. As consultants CAC is always guided by the highest standards of professional care towards its clients and associates, transparency and the willingness of "telling it as it is" at all times is the hallmark of its business .

CAC is an independent provider of management consulting services, interim management, project management and risk management services as well as consulting on company relocation. Our clientele ranges from small private firms to large global corporations and, while the majority is from overseas, we are increasingly consulting for Chinese companies, which are eager to have a presence outside China. Clients for our corporate consulting services tend to be, typically, small to medium size enterprises (SMEs) while project and relocation consulting clients are mainly large international companies .

We have over 15 years of "hands on" management experience in China. Our consultants are experts in setting up joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, company start ups and company management, contract administration, business development, marketing & sales, project, procurement and construction of engineered industrial projects.

CAC's main source of strength is people, both members of the staff and associates, all highly skilled and well qualified specialists who understand the responsibilities of a consultant and aim to being amongst the best. Some of our consultants are "local expatriates"; expatriates who settled in China a long time ago and are fully at home with China's business culture.

The Business Units are, in fact, Cost & Profit Centers but consultants move freely across the Business Units in line with the requirements and nature of the workload at a given time. This flexibility and the contributions made by its associates ensure a low level of overhead and therefore a substantial saving in consulting costs to its clients.
