PELL FRICSHMANN selects Shanghai Cardinal Advisors & Consultants (CAC) as its partner for the introduction in China of its novel BGAOprocess, which is based on the advanced catalytic wet air oxidation technology developed by the former British Gas. The BGAO technology provides the most advanced method for the treatment of spent caustic effluents in refineries and chemical plants. As such the process is of immediate interest to China, which is undergoing a massive environmental improvement drive.

CAC will support Pell Fricshmann in the promotional and execution activities to make BGAO the process of choice for the treatment of effluents in Chinese Chemical plants.
